The eSchoolData Parent Portal and Student Portal modules provide a secure, completely web-based environment for the management and communication of student attendance, schedules, grade reports, assignments, grades, discipline, immunization information and much, much more. Dialogue between administrators, counselors, teachers, parents, and students is promoted, and at the same time, administrators can monitor all the interaction.

  • Districts completely control the administration of the eSchoolPortals, including which schools and grade levels are permitted access.
  • The validation process ensures a secure environment; it gives a user access only to the student information that user is authorized to view.
  • The Portal offers role-based, secure Internet access to Attendance, Schedules, Assignments, Grades, Discipline, Immunization, Bus, Locker, Report Card, Progress Reports, Transcript, Assessment, Fee and Course Request information.
  • The Environmental options allow parents to opt out of U.S. mailings of Report Cards, Progress Reports, Transcripts, and other grade reporting documents.
  • Parents can request changes to contact information through the Portal.
  • Administrators can post announcements and attached documents to the Portal home page.
  • Communications tools allow teachers, parents, and students to create and send messages via the Portal.
  • Teachers can attach web pages to the Portal (based on district policy).
