At eSchoolData, ease of data management and reporting is our legacy. Our DNA is founded upon years of research exploring the feasibility of designing a next generation student information management and reporting system that would eliminate the need for school districts to compile complex reports to meet ever changing State and Federal reporting mandates. Our eSD^® NexGen Student Information and Performance Management System represents the culmination of those years of research. It is a performance management reporting system design, based on input from K-12 administrators and educators and built specifically for the data management, reporting, and analysis requirements of K-12 school districts.

eSD^® NexGen Reporting benefits from the extensible design of the eSD^®NexGen underlying data model and reporting services. It was specifically designed to meet the ever-changing Federal/State/Local reporting requirements of K-12 School Districts. The single, centralized, district-level database eliminates the need to manage and clean data at individual schools; thereby reducing data scrubbing iterations and increasing overall reporting efficiencies. The eSD^®NexGen Reporting module processes all data centrally; either on demand or on a pre-scheduled basis, to provide pre-submittal edit checks and verification of the data. Additionally, all input fields can be pre-configured to state format/code requirements, thereby further increasing the accuracy of your district data. eSD^® NexGen also provides the ability to easily submit required Department of Education data via electronic transmission or data warehouse extraction.

The integrated web-based eSD^® NexGen Report engine is a flexible, robust reporting tool that allows all district stakeholders to easily access the information they require to make sound data-driven operational and instructional decisions quickly and easily! Loaded at implementation with a vast array of district specific reports, these reports can also be easily modified and extended by stakeholders with a 'pick and choose' approach that eliminates any requirement to understand complex underlying data structures. New custom reports can be developed utilizing the same 'pick and choose' approach through the utilization of SQL Server Reporting Services. Data can be presented in a variety of formats including Tables, Graphs, Charts, Matrix, and Dashboards; and since all reports are web-based they can be easily published and shared throughout the District.

eSD^® NexGen provides instant access to longitudinal data by utilizing its powerful drill down capabilities. Our users don’t need to rely on third-party products to gain access to all of their information because eSchoolData has harnessed the power of embedded Microsoft technologies, utilizing a single scalable, reliable, data warehouse-centric centralized database.
